On the admission of the Baytaq Kazakhstan Green Party Public
Association to participate in early elections of members of maslikhats of
the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected on party lists
In accordance with subparagraphs 1) and 2-1) of Article 12 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:
1. To allow the Baytaq Kazakhstan Green Party Public Association to participate in the early elections of members of maslikhats of Atyrau, Karaganda and Kyzylorda regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected according to party lists, scheduled for March 19, 2023.
2. To send this resolution to the regional election commissions.
3. To publish this resolution on the website of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
