On calling of early elections of members of maslikhats of the Republic 

of Kazakhstan

In accordance with subparagraph 14) of Article 12, paragraph 3 of Article 101, paragraph 7 of Article 103, paragraph 8 of Article 104 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 19, 2023 No. 105 On the early termination of powers of maslikhats at all levels, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. To call early elections of members of maslikhats of the Republic of Kazakhstan for March 19, 2023.

2. To set the deadlines for the nomination and self-nomination of candidates for members of maslikhats from January 20, 2023 to 18:00 local time on February 8, 2023.

3. To set the deadline for registration of party lists, candidates at 18:00 local time on February 18, 2023.

4. To territorial election commissions of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital of the Republic, cities, districts to ensure the preparation and conduct of elections of members of maslikhats of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. To publish this resolution on the website of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
