On the exclusion of O.A. Sultanov from the party list of the Respublica 

Party Public Association, nominated for early elections of Mazhilis 

Members to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for 

March 19, 2023


In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 90 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan, based on the application received from O.A. Sultanov on exclusion from the party list of the Respublica Party Public Association, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. To exclude Olzhas Sultanov from the party list of the Respublica Party Public Association, nominated for early elections of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for March 19, 2023.

2. To publish this resolution on the website of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
