On ballots for the election of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of
the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected according to party lists appointed on
March 19, 2023
In accordance with Articles 12, 26-1 and 37 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:
1. To approve the text of the ballot for voting on the elections of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected according to party lists, based on the results of the lot drawing on the inclusion of the names of political parties in the ballot in accordance with Annex 1 to this resolution.
2. To establish the number of ballots for the election of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected on party lists, to be produced and delivered to the regions, including an excess of one percent of the total number of voters in the Republic of Kazakhstan 12,152,876 (twelve million one hundred and fifty-two thousand eight hundred and seventy-six) pieces in accordance with Annex 2 to this Resolution.
3. To establish requirements for ballot forms for voting on the elections of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected according to party lists appointed on March 19, 2023, in accordance with Annex 3 to this resolution.
4. To determine the degree of security of ballots in accordance with Annex 4 to this resolution (for official use).
5. To the Administration of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to ensure the production in the prescribed quantity and delivery to the regions of ballots for the election of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected on party lists.
6. To publish this resolution on the website of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7. To entrust control over the execution of this resolution on Secretary of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan M.T.Yerman.
