On registration of the party list of the National Social Democratic 

Party Republican Public Association at the early elections of Mazhilis 

Members to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for 

March 19, 2023

In accordance with Article 89 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. To register the party list of the National Social Democratic Party Republican Public Association in accordance with Annex 1 to this resolution.

2. To issue certificates to registered candidates for Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the party list of the National Social Democratic Party Republican Public Association.

3. To the Administration of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to provide the Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan Joint-Stock Company with information on the registration of the party list of the National Social Democratic Party Republican Public Association for opening a special temporary account.

4. To publish a message about the registration of the party list of the National Social Democratic Party Republican Public Association in accordance with Annex 2 to this resolution in the media and on the website of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. To include the name of the National Social Democratic Party Republican Public Association in the ballot.
