On accreditation of observers of a foreign state and international organisations for early elections of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for March 19, 2023
In accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 20, Article 20-2 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:
1. To accredit observer Montaser Abuzeid from the State of Palestine at the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the early elections of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for March 19, 2023.
2. To accredit observers of international organisations in accordance with the Annex at the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the early elections of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for March 19, 2023.
3. To issue appropriate certificates to observers of a foreign state and international organisations.
4. To entrust control over the execution of this resolution on Secretary of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan M.T. Yerman.
