On the appointment of members of No. 2 district election commission 

for the election of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of 

Kazakhstan instead of withdrawn ones

In accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 19 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan and based on statements of A.Kh.Kabykenov, K.E.Mazova, B.Zh. Turebekov dated March 11, 2023, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. To appoint Azamat Kabykenov, Kulkhan Mazova, Berik Turebekov as members of No. 2 district election commission for the election of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan instead of withdrawn ones prior to election in the manner prescribed by the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To send this resolution to No.2 district election commission for the election of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the election commissions of Astana.
