On release from duties of members of No. 2 district election commission for the election 

of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the 

Republic of Kazakhstan S.N.Baybekov, M.T.Ismailova, A.A.Shampiyeva

In accordance with subparagraph 1) of part two of paragraph 6 of Article 19 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan and based on the statements of S.N.Baybekov, M.T.Ismailova dated March 10, 2023 and A.A. Shampiyeva dated March 11, 2023 on release from duties at their own request, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. To release Seidikassym Baybekov, Madina Ismailova, Aizhanym Shampiyeva from the duties of members of No. 2 district election commission for the election of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To send this Resolution to No. 2 district election commission for the election of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the election commissions of Astana.
