On the complaint of candidate for Mazhilis Member to the Parliament 

of the Republic of Kazakhstan in No. 4 single-seat territorial constituency

In accordance with subparagraphs 1) and 5) of Article 12, Article 16-1, paragraph 10 of Article 20 and Article 89 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. To the Department of State Revenues for Almaty, to additionally verify the accuracy of information on assets and liabilities declared by candidate Raykhan Mukimbekova and (or) her spouse, and, based on the results of the verification, send the relevant information to the district election commission for No. 4 single-seat territorial constituency.

2. To the district election commission for No. 4 single-seat territorial constituency, based on the information of the Department of State Revenues for Almaty, provided as a result of an additional verification of the accuracy of information on assets and liabilities declared by the candidate and (or) her spouse, reconsider the issue of cancelling the decision on registration of candidate for Mazhilis Member to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Raykhan Mukimbekova and take the appropriate decision on the protocol No. 136 dated March 6, 2023.

3. To send this resolution to the Department of State Revenues for Almaty and the district election commission for No. 4 single-seat territorial constituency.

4. To publish this resolution on the website of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
