On the issues of organising and holding pre-election television 

debates of political parties that nominated party lists of candidates for 

early elections of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of 

Kazakhstan, scheduled for March 19, 2023

In accordance with subparagraph 2) of paragraph 3 of Article 27 and paragraph 3 of Article 28 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan on elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan and resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 25, 2018 No. 12/198 on approval of the Rules and conditions for holding pre-election debates, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. To agree on the Regulations for holding pre-election television debates of political parties that nominated party lists of candidates for early elections of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for March 19, 2023, in accordance with Annex 1 to this resolution.

2. To approve the List of participants in the pre-election television debates of political parties that nominated party lists of candidates for early elections of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for March 19, 2023, in accordance with Annex 2 to this resolution.

3. To the Administration of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring this resolution to the attention of the headquarters of political parties that nominated party lists of candidates for early elections of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Khabar Agency JSC.

4. To entrust control over the implementation of this resolution on member of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.G.Schegortsova.
