About the complaint of candidate for Mazhilis Member to the 

Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan in No. 1 single-seat territorial 

constituency B.E.Seikenov

In accordance with subparagraphs 1) and 5) of Article 12, Article 16-1, paragraph 10 of Article 20 and Article 89 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. To the Department of State Revenues for Astana, to additionally verify the accuracy of information on assets and liabilities declared by candidate Batyr Seikenov and (or) his spouse, and, based on the results of the verification, send the relevant information to the district election commission for No. 1 single-seat territorial constituency.

2. To the district election commission for No.1 single-seat territorial constituency, based on the information of the Department of State Revenues for Astana, provided as a result of an additional verification of the reliability of information about the assets and liabilities declared by the candidate and (or) his spouse, re-consider the issue of cancelling the registration decision of candidate for Mazhilis member to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Batyr Seikenov and take the appropriate decision on protocol No. 185 dated February 27, 2023.

3. To send this resolution to the Department of State Revenues for Astana and the district election commission for No. 1 single-seat constituency.

4. To publish this resolution on the website of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
