On certain issues of accreditation of observers of an international 

organisation for early elections of members of the Mazhilis of the 

Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for March 19, 2023

In accordance with Article 20-2 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. To withdraw accreditation of international observer from the OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation Mission Sascha Michel Alderisi from the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan for early elections of members of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for March 19, 2023, based on the submission of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 28, 2023 No. 14/3606-I.

2. To revoke the certificate of international observer from the OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation Mission Sascha Michel Alderisi.

3. To introduce the following amendment into the resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 9, 2023 No. 34/709 “On accreditation of observers of foreign states and an international organisation for early elections of members of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for March 19, 2023”:

in the list of observers of an international organisation accredited to the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan for early elections of members of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for March 19, 2023, approved by the said resolution (Annex 2):

in the section “OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation Mission,” remove line number 26 “39 Sascha Michel Alderisi.”

4. To accredit with the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan for early elections of members of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for March 19, 2023, observers of an international organisation in accordance with the annex.

5. To issue appropriate certificates to observers of the international organisation.

6. To forward this resolution to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as to the election commissions of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital.

7. To entrust control over the execution of this resolution on Secretary of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan M.T.Yerman.
