On the complaint of candidate for Mazhilis Member to the Parliament 

of the Republic of Kazakhstan in No. 1 single-seat territorial constituency

In accordance with subparagraphs 1) and 5) of Article 12, Article 16-1, paragraph 10 of Article 20 and Article 89 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES THAT:

1. The Department of State Revenues for Astana additionally verify the accuracy of information on assets and liabilities declared by the candidate or his spouse, and, based on the results of the verification, send relevant information to the district election commission for No. 1 single-seat territorial constituency based on the information provided by Batyr Aliyev.

2. The district election commission for No. 1 single-seat territorial constituency, based on the information of the Department of State Revenues for Astana, submitted as a result of an additional verification of the accuracy of information on assets and liabilities declared by the candidate and (or) his spouse, reconsider the issue of cancelling the decision dated February 8, 2023, No. 71 “On registration of candidate for Mazhilis Member of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan in No. 1 single-seat constituency Batyr Aliyev” and take the appropriate decision on the protocol dated February 24, 2023, No. 173.

3. This resolution is forwarded to the Department of State Revenues for Astana and the district territorial election commission for No. 1 single-mandate constituency.

4. This resolution is published on the Internet resource of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
