On consent to bring to administrative responsibility a candidate for 

Mazhilis Member to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the 

early elections of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of 

Kazakhstan, scheduled for March 19, 2023

In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 47 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and on the basis of submission No. 2-01-23-17904 by the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 2, 2023 on violation of the election legislation committed by a candidate for Mazhilis Member to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES TO:

1. Give consent to the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring to administrative responsibility a candidate for Mazhilis Member to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the submission of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan made to the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Publish this resolution on the website of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
