On establishing the results of the early elections of the President of the Republic 

of Kazakhstan held on November 20, 2022

In accordance with subparagraph 2) of paragraph 1 of Article 9, subparagraph 10) of Article 12, paragraphs 1 and 5 of Article 44, Articles 45, 46, 65 and paragraph 1 of Article 66 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan,” paragraph 2 of Article 3 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 1995 “On the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan” and on the basis of the attached protocol of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the results of early elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the protocols of election commissions of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital of the Republic on the results of the vote count in the early elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES TO:

1. Consider Kassym-Jomart Tokayev as the elected President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Register Kassym-Jomart Tokayev as the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Present the relevant certificate to the registered President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Determine November 26, 2022 as the day of taking the oath of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, elected in the early elections on November 20, 2022.

5. Publish the attached message on the results of the early elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the media.
