On the registration of Nurlan Auesbayev as a candidate for the 

President of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the early elections of the President of the 

Republic of Kazakhstan scheduled for November 20, 2022

In accordance with subparagraph 8) of Article 12, Article 59 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan,” the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES TO: 

1. Register Nurlan Auesbayev as a candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

2. Issue a certificate of a candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Nurlan Auesbayev. 

3. The Planning and Budget Execution Department of the Office of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to submit information on the registration of Nurlan Auesbayev, a candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to the “Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan” Joint-Stock Company to open a special temporary account. 

4. The Department of Analysis and Communications of the Office of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan to publish in the mass media the attached notice on the registration of Nurlan Auesbayev as a candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
