On the registration of Saltanat Tursynbekova as a candidate for the 

President of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the early elections of the President 

of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for November 20, 2022

In accordance with subparagraph 8) of Article 12, Article 59 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan,” the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES TO: 

1. Register Saltanat Tursynbekova as a candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

2. Issue Saltanat Tursynbekova a certificate of a candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

3. The Budget Planning and Execution Department of the Office of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide the “Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan” Joint-Stock Company with information on the registration of candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Saltanat Tursynbekova for opening a special temporary account. 

4. The Department of Analysis and Communications of the Office of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan to publish the attached notice in the mass media on the registration of Saltanat Tursynbekova as a candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
