On the registration of Zhiguli Dairabayev as a candidate for the President 

of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the early elections of the President of the 

Republic of Kazakhstan scheduled for November 20, 2022

In accordance with subparagraph 8) of Article 12, Article 59 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan,” the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES TO: 

1. Register Zhiguli Dairabayev as a candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

2. Issue to Zhiguli Dairabayev a certificate of a candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

3. The Budget Planning and Execution Department of the Office of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to submit information on the registration of candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhiguli Dairabayev to open a special temporary account to the “Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan” Joint-Stock Company. 

4. The Analysis and Communications Department of the Office of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan to publish the attached notice on the registration of Zhiguli Dairabayev as a candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
