On the registration of Meiram Kazhyken as a candidate for the President 

of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the early elections of the President of the 

Republic of Kazakhstan scheduled for November 20, 2022

In accordance with subparagraph 8) of Article 12, Article 59 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan,” the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES TO:

1. Register Meiram Kazhyken as a candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

2. Issue to Meiram Kazhyken a certificate of a candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

3. The Department of Planning and Execution of the Budget of the Office of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to submit to the “Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan” Joint Stock Company information on the registration of candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Meiram Kazhyken to open a special temporary account. 

4. The Department of Analysis and Communications of the Office of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to publish in the mass media the attached notice on the registration of candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Meiram Kazhyken.
