On the refusal to register Fatima Bizakova as a candidate for the
President of the Republic of Kazakhstan
In accordance with Article 54, subparagraph 3) of paragraph 7 of Article 59 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan,” the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES TO:
1. Establish that Fatima Bizakova, a candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, does not meet the requirements of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan.”
2. Refuse to register Fatima Bizakova as a candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
