In accordance with Articles 9, 12, 44, 94, 94-1, 97, 97-1 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", based on the attached protocols of election commissions of regions, Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent on the results of elections of deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected according to party lists and the protocol of the election commission of Nur-Sultan on the results of voting on elections of deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected by the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. To establish the results of the elections according to party lists:

 

Akmola region

People's Party of Kazakhstan - 39,780 votes or 10.94 percent of voters who took part in voting;

Nur Otan Party - 278,209 votes or 76.49 percent of voters who took part in voting;

"Auyl" People's Democratic Patriotic Party - 7,529 votes or 2.07 percent of voters who took part in voting;

"Ak Zhol" Democratic Party of Kazakhstan - 33,474 votes or 9.20 percent of voters who took part in voting;

"ADAL" Political Party - 4,728 votes or 1.30 percent of voters who took part in voting;

 

Aktobe region

People's Party of Kazakhstan - 52,910 votes or 16.64 percent of voters who took part in voting;

Nur Otan Party - 206,172 votes or 64.84 percent of voters who took part in voting;

"Auyl" People's Democratic Patriotic Party - 5,781 votes or 1.82 percent of voters who took part in voting;

"Ak Zhol" Democratic Party of Kazakhstan - 40,071 votes or 12.60 percent of voters who took part in voting;

"ADAL" Political Party - 258,618 votes or 3.57 percent of voters who took part in voting.

2. To establish political parties that received seven or more percent of votes from the number of those who took part in voting:

Nur Otan Party - 5,148,074 (71.09%);

"Ak Zhol" Democratic Party of Kazakhstan - 792,828 (10.95%);

People's Party of Kazakhstan - 659,019 (9.10%).

3. To establish the following distribution of deputy mandates for political parties:

"Ak Zhol" Democratic Party of Kazakhstan - 12;

People's Party of Kazakhstan - 10.

4. To establish results of elections of deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected by the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan:

Sauytbek Abdrakhmanov - 298 votes or 84.90 percent of voters who took part in voting;

Avetik Amirkhanyan - 270 votes or 76.92 percent of voters who took part in voting;

Ilyas Bularov - 274 votes or 78.06 percent of voters who took part in voting;
