Born on August 28, 1980 in Pavlodar city.

Graduated from the Eurasian National University in 2003 with a degree in Political Science, earned a Master's degree in Sociology in 2010.

Work experience:

2003-2007 – Department of Internal Policy of Astana city (chief specialist of the analysis and monitoring department, head of the analysis and monitoring department, deputy director of the department);

2007-2010 – Director of the Department of Analysis and Monitoring of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2010-2013 – Deputy Chairman of the Languages Committee of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2013-2014 – Deputy General Director for Strategic Planning and Analytical Work of “Kazmedia Ortalygy Management Company” LLP;

2014-2017 – Lecturer of the Political Science Department of the Eurasian National University after L.N. Gumilyov;

2017-2018 – Director of the Republican State Institution "Service of Central Communications";

2018 – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of "Kazcontent" JSC;

2018-2019 – Head of the Unit of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan for interaction with the media and non-governmental organizations;

On November 7, 2019 she was elected a member of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

September 29, 2021 – Secretary of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
