Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan accredited 22 observers from an international organization for the election of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On May 13, 2019, the Central Election Commission adopted a resolution “Accreditation of observers of an international organization at the early election of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for June 9, 2019”.

A member of the Central Election Commission, Zauresh Baimoldina, informed that 22 long-term observers from the OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation Mission were accredited upon the recommendation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Data on observers is being updated as soon as submissions for accreditation are received.

Accreditation of observers of foreign states and international organizations will be executed by the CEC until 6 pm on June 3, 2019.

In the meantime, 67 international observers have been accredited so far.
