Member of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan

 

Born on 9 November 1960 in the city of Yereymentau in Akmola oblast.

 

In 1982 she graduated from Tselinograd Agricultural Institute by specialty «an economist - organizer of agricultural production», in 1990 the Higher School of Young Communist League of the Central Committee of the Young Communist League, a political scientist.

Work experience:

1982-1983 - Senior economist of Tselinograd meat and bone meal plant;

1983-1985 -Tutor, Secretary of the Young Communist League Committee of Tselinograd Agricultural Institute;

1985-1991 - First Secretary of the Soviet district committee, second secretary of the Tselinograd oblast committee of the Lenin Young Communist League of Kazakhstan;

1991-1995 - Secretary of the Central Committee of Youth Union, secretary of the central committee of Youth Union of Kazakhstan;

1995-1996 - Deputy General Director of "Aysar" Pty Ltd.;

1996-1999 - Consultant of the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget;

02.1999-12.2002 - Head of the Secretariat of the Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the National Commission for Family and Women Affairs under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

12.2002-11.2003 - Head of the Secretariat of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

11.2003-04.2004 - State Inspector of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 30 September 2016 has been appointed as a member of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

19.07.2017-29.09.2021 – Secretary of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. Tokayev of 29 September 2021 No. 664 reappointed as the member of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Married, 2 children.
