Member of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Born on 12 June 1963 in the West Kazakhstan region.

In 1985 he graduated from the Ural Pedagogical Institute named after A. Pushkin, in 2000 - the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Work experience:

He began his career in 1985 as a history teacher at a secondary school in the village of Chapaevo, Ural region.

05.1987-05.1992 - he worked in Komsomol bodies. During this period, he worked as an instructor, head of the department of Komsomol organizations of the Chapaevsky district Komsomol committee, instructor, head, secretary-head of the department of organizational and union work of the Ural Regional Komsomol Committee.

05.1992-04.1994 - Chairman of the Youth Affairs Committee of the Ural Regional Administration.

04.1994-01.2000 - Head of the Department of Youth Affairs, Tourism and Sports, Head of the Department of Tourism and Sports of the West Kazakhstan region.

01.2001- 05.2002 - Deputy Akim of the West Kazakhstan region.

2016-2021 - Deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the VI convocation, member of the Committee on Ecology and Nature Management.
