The Central Referendum Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan has 

announced the preliminary results of voting in the Republican Referendum

According to the received data, the total number of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan eligible to participate in the referendum was 12,284,487.

The number of citizens who participated in the vote was 7,820,204, or 63.66% of the eligible voters.    

The number of citizens who voted in favor of the proposal submitted to the referendum was 5,561,93, or 71,12 %.
