On relieving members of the West Kazakhstan Regional Election 

Commission A.Davletzhanov and M.Tazhmukanov of their duties

In accordance with sub-paragraph 1) of part 2 of paragraph 6 of Article 19 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and on the basis of applications by A.Davletzhanov and M.Tazhmukanov dated December 30, 2022 on relieving of their duties at will, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. To relieve Amangeldy Davletzhanov and Marat Tazhmukanov of the duties of members of the West Kazakhstan Regional Election Commission.

2. This resolution shall be submitted to the West Kazakhstan Regional maslikhat and the West Kazakhstan Regional Election Commission.
