On relieving members of the Akmola Regional Election Commission 

B.Batalov and K.Kanitayeva of their duties

In accordance with sub-paragraph 1) of part 2 of paragraph 6 of Article 19 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and on the basis of applications by B.Batalov and K.Kanitayeva dated January 5, 2023 on relieving of their duties at will, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. To relieve Bulat Batalov and Kalima Kanitayeva of the duties of members of the Akmola Regional Election Commission.

2. This resolution shall be submitted to the Akmola Regional maslikhat and the Akmola Regional Election Commission.
