On the appointment of members of the Akmola Regional Election 

Commission instead of retired ones

In accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 19 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and on the basis of a letter from the Akmola Regional Election Commission dated January 5, 2023 No. 2, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

2. To appoint Shynar Omarova and Igor Nemeshev, prior to the election in the manner prescribed by the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", as members of the Akmola Regional Election Commission instead of retired ones.

3. This resolution shall be submitted to the Akmola Regional maslikhat and the Akmola Regional Election Commission.
