On relieving members of the Regional Election Commission of the city of 

Astana T.Makenov, S.Kurmanova, and A.Abdikerimov of their duties

In accordance with sub-paragraph 1) of part 2 of paragraph 6 of Article 19 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and on the basis of applications by T.Makenov, S.Kurmanova, and A.Abdikerimov dated January 6, 2023 on relieving of their duties at will, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. To relieve Talgat Makenov, Saule Kurmanova, and Amangeldy Abdikerimov of the duties of members of the Regional Election Commission of the city of Astana.

2. This resolution shall be submitted to the Maslikhat of the city of Astana and the Regional Election Commission of the city of Astana.
