On the appointment of members of the Regional Election Commission of 

the city of Astana instead of retired ones

In accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 19 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and on the basis of a letter from the Regional Election Commission of the city of Astana dated January 6, 2023 No. 2-CEC, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

2. To appoint Serik Shokatayev, Sayran Iskakova, and Adil Orynbasaruly, prior to the election in the manner prescribed by the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", as members of the Regional Election Commission of the city of Astana instead of retired ones.

3. This resolution shall be submitted to the Maslikhat of the city of Astana and the Regional Election Commission of the city of Astana.
