On registration of citizens at the addresses of polling stations for the early 

elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for 

November 20, 2022

In accordance with Articles 24, 25 and 26 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan,” subparagraph 7) of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Internal Affairs Bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan” and paragraph 1 of the Regulation on the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 12, 2019 No. 501, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES TO, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan ORDERS TO: 

1. Approve the algorithm for registering citizens at the addresses of polling stations in the early elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for November 20, 2022, in accordance with the annex to these joint resolution and order. 

2. Local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital, together with the relevant territorial election commissions of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital, to determine polling stations for the placement of employees of the “State Corporation” Government for Citizens” Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company to receive citizens for registration until November 15, 2022, submit relevant information to the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

3. The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the “State Corporation” Government for Citizens” Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company (as agreed), to implement the reception of citizens for registration at the addresses of polling stations.   

4. Entrust control over execution of these joint resolution and order to the Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, supervising deputies of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

5. Put into effect this joint resolution and order from the date of its signature.
