On the issues of organising and holding pre-election television debates and 

discussions at the early elections of the President of the Republic of 

Kazakhstan, scheduled for November 20, 2022

In accordance with subparagraph 2) of paragraph 3 of Article 27 and paragraph 3 of Article 28 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” and the resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 25, 2018 No. 12/198 “On approval of the Rules and conditions for holding pre-election debates” the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES TO:

1. Agree on the Regulations for holding pre-election television debates and discussions at the early elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for November 20, 2022, in accordance with Annex 1 to this resolution. 

2. Approve the List of participants in the pre-election television debates and discussions in the early elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for November 20, 2022, in accordance with Annex 2 to this resolution. 

3. Bring this resolution to the attention of the headquarters of candidates for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Khabar Agency JSC. 

4. Entrust control over the implementation of this resolution to member of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.Schegortsova.
