On the withdrawal of accreditation of observers of an international

organisation for the early elections of the President of the Republic of 

Kazakhstan, scheduled for November 20, 2022

In accordance with Article 20-2 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan,” based on the proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 5, 2022 No. 14/74398, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES TO: 

1. Withdraw accreditation of international observers from the Organisation of Turkic States Hatice Ozge Pan and Dastan Urmanbetov from the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the early elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for November 20, 2022. 

2. Revoke the certificates of international observers from the Organisation of Turkic States Hatice Ozge Pan and Dastan Urmanbetov. 

3. Introduce the following amendments to the Resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 17, 2022, No. 92/577 “On accreditation of observers of international organisations and a foreign state for early elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan scheduled for November 20, 2022”: 

in the list of observers of international organisations accredited at the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the early elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for November 20, 2022, approved by the said resolution (Annex No. 1): 

in section “4. Mission of Observers from the Organisation of Turkic States (OTS)” line number 38 “2 Hatice Özge Pan” shall be deleted; 

in section “4. Mission of Observers from the Organisation of Turkic States (OTS)” line number 39 “3 Dastan Urmanbetov” shall be deleted. 

3. Send this resolution to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as to the election commissions of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital. 

4. Entrust control over the execution of this resolution to Secretary of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan M. Yerman.
