On Establishment of the Expert Council at the Central Election

Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan 

In accordance with paragraph 16-5) of Article 12 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan,” the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES TO: 

1. Create an Expert Council at the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

2. Approve the attached: 

1) Regulations on the Expert Council at the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with Annex 1 to this resolution; 

2) Composition of the Expert Council at the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with Annex 2 to this resolution. 

3. Recognise as invalid the resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 24, 2018 No. 7/184 “On approval of the Regulations on the Expert and Methodological Council at the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan”. 

4. This resolution shall come into force from the moment of its signature.
