On accreditation of observers of an international organisation and foreign 

states for the early elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 

scheduled for November 20, 2022

In accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 20, Article 20-2 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan,” the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES TO: 

1. Accredit observers of an international organisation in accordance with Annex 1 at the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the early elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for November 20, 2022. 

2. Accredit observers of foreign states in accordance with Annex 2 at the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the early elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for November 20, 2022. 

3. Issue appropriate certificates to observers of an international organisation and foreign states. 

4. Entrust control over the execution of this resolution on Secretary of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan M. Yerman.
