On holding pre-election television debates and discussions at the early 

elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for 

November 20, 2022

In accordance with subparagraph 2) of paragraph 3 of Article 27, paragraph 3 of Article 28 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” and the resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 25, 2018 No. 12/198 “On approval of the rules and conditions for holding pre-election debates,” the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES TO: 

1. Hold pre-election television debates and discussions of candidates for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 11, 2022, on the air of the Khabar TV channel of the Khabar Agency Joint-Stock Company. 

2. Bring this resolution to the attention of the headquarters of candidates for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

3. The Office of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan to conclude an agreement with the Khabar Agency Joint-Stock Company on holding pre-election television debates and discussions. 

4. Entrust control over the implementation of this resolution on member of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. Schegortsova.
