On the refusal to register Zhumatai Aliyev as a candidate for the
President of the Republic of Kazakhstan
In accordance with subparagraph 3) of paragraph 7 of Article 59 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” due to the non-compliance of presidential candidate with the requirements of paragraph 2 of Article 56 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan,” the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES TO:
refuse to register Zhumatai Aliyev as a candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
